• 2,093 Single Family Residences, (SFRs) sold
• The median sales price of previously owned (SFRs) increased to $475,000.
• 2,819 new listings came to market.
• Apprx 2.0 months of housing supply.
• 71.6% of closings were on the market for 30 days or less.

Summerlin Stats:

• Currently 123,000 residents – projected growth 200,000 by 2043.
• Encompasses 22,500 acres / 35 sq miles.
• Apprx 4,500 acres left to develop.
• 7M sq ft of office space.
• 10 golf courses, over 300 parks, more than 200 miles of trails.

• Prologis to develop an 11m sf industrial project on 879 acres at Apex Industrial Park (Hwy 93 / Grand Valley Pkwy – N Las Vegas).
• The newest… Las Vegas Convention Center is the third largest in North America.
• A 32 story, 240-unit condo bldg. (Cello Tower) is coming to Symphony Park.
• Oakview Group is wrapping up its entitlement and permitting for a $10b casino resort at LV Blvd and Blue Diamond with a 20,000 seat arena which could eventually house an NBA team.
