Currently, the rental market in Las Vegas is extremely robust fueled by high demand and low inventory with the majority of properties rented in under 30 days.  Our mission is to diligently oversee your property from vacancy to tenancy and beyond.  Our services include:  marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, accounting and property visits.

Once renter candidates have passed our initial vetting, their application is presented for owner approval. Leases and accompanying disclosures are sent over for electronic signing and funds are wired to expedite the process.

Success

We pride ourselves in paying our owners by the 10th of the month followed up with an emailed revenue/expense report and a copy of any vendor charges. Service calls are never padded, so if an owner has a particular licensed vendor that they wish to employ for their property, they may do so.
